PROJECT NAME: Corrective and Preventive Action System, Lucent Technologies
BRIEF PROJECT PROFILE: Developing a system for registering corrective and preventive action requests for the Quality Control Department of Lucent Technologies. The application routes the Corrective Action Request (CAR) form through the various assignees and after resolution, brings the form back to the assignee for verification and closing of the CAR. All operations are done through the browser. All data is stored in an Oracle database at any point of time.

BRIEF PROJECT PROFILE: Development of a performance appraisal system for Wipro Corporate office. There were two types of appraisals, Normal appraisal where an employee was appraised by his Supervisor and 360-degree Appraisal where an employee was appraised by his supervisors, peers, subordinates and self. The application had to have enough security to prevent persons from sending approval forms to unauthorized persons and persons from looking into each other?ppraisal forms.
